We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind".
We do however have a 60 day satisfaction guarantee on our LOVE LOLA longer lashes serum. If you have used the product consistently for 60 days and have not seen results, email for a full refund. Remaining product must be returned at your expense.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location however we aim for 1-3 business days within NZ.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within NZ is free over $100. Select the free shipping option at checkout. Orders below $50 will incur a postage cost of $8.99 within NZ.
